Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Place the watch in its original Swiss Military Hanowa presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
